Unfortunately I'm still waiting for my Visa. Since my ticket is for early Friday morning this is making things a little stressful. Edwina, who lives in Sydney, has volunteered to go in to the High Commission on Tuesday to try to sort it out. If not I might have to fly to Sydney early. That's why I'm all packed up now!

R u you really leaving the Bestest state in the Bestest country in the Whole Wide World?? Where to? For how long? Joanna wishes you a happy exposition, JACC JB DC xxx
I have made three attempts at this. You are probably on your way home by now. You chose to travel in the middle of our grape harvest. We fall into bed at night and get up at 6.30am. The latter not being your best time of day I recall. We are feeling that we are probably too old to do all this.
We hope that your travels have taken you to: Nirvana (Sanskrit: निर्वाण; Pali: Nibbāna; Prakrit: णिव्वाण, Nivvāṇa; Vietnamese: Niết bàn; Chinese: 涅槃, Mandarin: nièpán, Cantonese: nihppùhn; Japanese: nehan (涅槃, nehan?); Korean: 열반, yeolban; Thai: นิพพาน, nibpan; Tibetan: mya-ngan-las-'das-pa; Mongolian: asalang-aca nögcigsen; Burmese: nate ban edAmef); is a Sanskrit word that literally means "to cease blowing" (as when a candle flame ceases to flicker) and/or extinguishing (that is, of the passions). It is a sramana philosophical concept, used by the Jains and the Buddhists, to describe the enlightenment and liberation of their respective teachers.
It has clearly done this for me...Mary.
We are eating a good lamb and potato curry tonight with you in our thoughts - too many spices?
I want to say safe journey in Hindi but cam up with this blog instead:http://gdhar.com/2007/09/20/meri-waaqif-hai/
