Monsoon Palace

This is where the Maharaja's would go during the Monsoon in Udaipur, about a mile outside of the city on a big hill. It must be good to be king.

Wow! I think I'd stay there all the time. Sorry about your 50 rupee. I think you should send the bill straight to Ricky Ponting. Did you see the way that he got out? Stupid, stupid, impatient, thoughtless, needless shot. Must've been party time in India last night. My heart (um, Kate's heart) broke for Gilly though. Not a fitting farewell at all.

In other Pos-worthy news from Australia, Mark Holden will NOT be on this year's season of Australian Idol. Yippee!! Pos is coming back to watch it with us, right, Matt?

Oh to be a Queen! I imagine a dress made of rubies stitched together with diamonds. Sigh.

But Pablo, I didn't see any mice running around.

I missed the beginning of Australia's innings because the power goes out in Udaipur every day from 1 till 4. The Indians were pretty happy but appreciated the close game (I'm a kiwi for a few days, ok?).

Why don't you come over and watch Indian Idol?

I didn't know you were up on Idol, Pablo. I will indeed attempt to watch Indian or Australian Idol with Alex and yourself, and others if possible. I hear Indian Idol is also Holden free... can Alex confirm?

Shannon Noll is my favouritest singer ever, Matt! How could I not be up on Idol?
